I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, enjoying the beautifully decorated king room with an amazing mountain view, a lovely location, and friendly staff.

Huge room with a cozy decor and a clean bathroom. Location just next door to the forest and which includes an uphill trek and the center of the town. Amazing service, helpful and amiable staff during stay❤😀👍

The fact that there is available sauna and jacuzzi and the usage of them is not include in price is a negative aspect.

I didn't like that I could hear everything from the next room. Someone was snoarong very hard during tje night.

This place is super clean and has a cozy feel to it. the location is fantastic, right next to the mountains and close to Cantacuzino Castle, plus it offers a nice uphill walk. 🏔️.

Hotel staff absolutely appauling, they entered our room while we were away for a supposed "fire alarm system malfunction", did not even call to inform us although they had our number. Bad experience to return and find the room not how you left it. Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee and no mugs, spoons, etc. Apartment with kitchen but nothing in it, not even a plate or a fork. Small restaurant with no clients and no selection. Too bad, because the hotel in itself is very nice, has a great mountain view.

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet double room with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and great location near the cable car with an excellent view.

the view is incredible, even right from the bed if you will book a room with a mountain view (extra cost). Hotel staff is nice and the rooms are modern and clean.
